Job summary

Deloitte Netherlands in Amsterdam is seeking a (Senior) Manager Operations Strategy & Industry Solutions for the Public Sector. You guide client transformations from operating model design to core process optimization and implement technical solutions.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage planning and budgets, develop client relationships at senior levels, and contribute to proposals and pricing while shaping talent and governance across public sector programs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or MBA with 6+ years in consulting, mainly in the public sector.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects guiding clients with a team from (operational) strategy to execution.
• Responsible for planning, budgeting, and the quality of deliverables.
• Develop and maintain relationships with the client's (senior) management and offer effective solutions.
• Contribute to proposals and pricing strategies and lead business development activities.
• Supervise and coach team members and contribute to attracting and retaining talent.
• Maintain a broad network within the public sector and understand current trends.
