Job summary

Global Enterprise Partners is seeking an experienced Change Project Manager to lead the transformation programme in the Netherlands with a hybrid work model. You will drive change initiatives, engage stakeholders, coordinate activities, and ensure delivery against ambitious timelines.

You will work with business leaders, PMO teams, SMEs, and implementation partners to secure adoption, manage communications, and provide governance updates.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of project management experience within large-scale transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and managing competing priorities.
• Comfortable operating in structured project governance environments.
• Proven ability to drive delivery under tight deadlines and high-pressure conditions.
• Experience with ERP, SAP, or enterprise-wide transformation programmes is highly desirable.

Are you an experienced Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced transformation environments?

We're supporting a leading international organisation in the food & dairy sector that is undergoing a major business transformation and is seeking a Change Project Manager to join the programme team.

In this role, you'll be at the heart of the transformation, driving stakeholder engagement, coordinating change activities, managing communications, facilitating workshops and meetings, and ensuring delivery against ambitious timelines.
