Job summary

Madello in Rotterdam, Netherlands seeks a CRM Product Owner to bridge users, IT, and suppliers. You will translate complex requirements into workable Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions, manage the product backlog, and report to the product board.

You will also act as Functional Application Manager, supporting colleagues, providing training, and resolving incidents to ensure continuous service and value delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Insights.
• Experience connecting CRM to other systems (e.g., marketing automation).
• Knowledge of information security, privacy (GDPR) and compliance.
• Fluent in Dutch and good English.
• Experience in Scrum or agile environments.
• Budget management and reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Further development of Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Stakeholder management with key users and development team.
• Manage and prioritize product backlog and reporting to the product board.
• Oversee budget and reporting activities.
• Provide training and support for end users.
• Document features and user manuals.
• Incident management and ensuring system availability.
