Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) Benelux is seeking a Senior Account Manager & Industry Lead for the Netherlands. You will own go-to-market strategy, revenue performance, and relationships across public sector and regulated industries, partnering with the Country Manager and Benelux leadership.

You will engage CxO level and BU leaders to translate challenges into cloud-enabled outcomes. You will drive large engagements, define GTM plays, and coach teams to achieve world-class performance in a rapidly

Qualifications

Experience in technology-related sales, business development or new business in the tech industry.
Experience in the public sector.
Proactive, independent work style with ability to meet deadlines.
Experience working with partners to drive scaling campaigns across regulated industries.
Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for public sector and regulated industries in the Netherlands, owning revenue targets, pipeline, and forecast.
Drive strategic, large-scale customer engagements including enterprise agreements and sovereignty-aligned cloud adoption programs.
Translate ambiguous information into structured action plans to accelerate regulated industry cloud adoption.
Coach Account Managers and cross-functional teams on deal strategy, stakeholder mapping, and value proposition articulation.
