Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) Professional Services seeks an Engagement Manager to lead delivery of complex cloud solutions, bridging business goals with technical outcomes. Qualifications

Basic qualifications include experience as a Scrum Master or Product Owner across multiple cross-functional teams.
Experience delivering IT projects with external customers or equivalent.
Experience in program or engagement management, leading other project managers to deliver a program with multiple and concurrent projects.
Experience with Agile and project management toolsets like Jira, Rally, VersionOne or Taiga.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage complex cloud migration and implementation projects.
Leverage knowledge of AWS services, architectures, and best practices to guide decisions.
Bridge business requirements with technical solutions and align with customer outcomes.
Distill customer needs into technical requirements mapped to business outcomes.
