Job summary

Greystar seeks a customer-oriented leasing professional to drive sales and occupancy at its residential communities. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and coordinate lease signings with attention to regulatory standards.

You will support lease renewals, address resident questions, and maintain accurate records using Yardi and MS Office. Strong communication in Dutch and English is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service experience in sales or hospitality settings.
• Ability to greet, qualify prospects, and conduct property tours.
• Proven ability to handle applications, screenings, and lease processes.

Responsibilities

• Takes responsibility for all sales and letting activities, greeting and qualifying prospects.
• Conducts property tours, shows apartments and handles the complete process of applications, credit screening and background checks.
• Prepares the lease and move-in package and ensures smooth move-in and signing.
• Manages viewings and follows up to obtain feedback.
• Supports lease renewal activities and ensures timely renewal documents.
• Provides excellent customer service and promptly addresses resident concerns.
• Keeps accurate records using the property management software.
