Job summary

Greystar seeks an energetic leasing professional to support marketing and lease-up strategies, drive occupancy, and enhance resident retention. You will conduct tours, process applications, prepare leases, and coordinate renewals, while delivering excellent customer service.

You will work with property teams, use Yardi for data and reporting, and help organize community events. A hospitality mindset and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or host roles in hospitality, leisure, or reservations environments.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic computing skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead all leasing activities and greet and qualify prospects.
• Conduct property tours, show apartments, and handle applications and screenings.
• Prepare lease and move-in packages for smooth signings.
• Coordinate viewings, follow up, and gather feedback.
• Support lease renewals with letters and packages for residents.
• Maintain resident records, documentation and data accuracy.
• Utilise Yardi to track availability, traffic, and leasing activities.
