Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Operations Associate to join our on-site team in the Netherlands. You will support the community’s marketing and lease-up strategy to achieve occupancy and revenue while maximizing resident satisfaction by handling all leasing activities and related tasks.

The annual base salary is up to €36,000 depending on experience. You will greet prospects, tour properties, manage applications, screenings, and lease signings, and contribute to lease renewals and resident

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or host roles in accommodation/hospitality or reservations/environment.
• Ability to create atmosphere, influence people positively and work under pressure.
• Evidence of organisation skills in combination with customer service.
• Confident in initiating relationships, cultural awareness in communications and negotiation.
• Proactive problem-solving with a can-do attitude and autonomy.
• Proficient at using social media & online/web tools for research and information.

Responsibilities

• Takes responsibility for all sales and letting activities, greeting and qualifying prospects.
• Conducts property tours, shows apartments and handles applications, credit screening and background checks.
• Prepares the lease and move-in package and ensures smooth resident move-in and signing.
• Manages all viewing activities to meet company standards and collects viewer feedback.
• Supports lease renewal activities with letters and packages for residents.
• Provides excellent customer service and resolves resident questions promptly.
• Maintains documentation and resident records.
• Uses property management software (e.g., Yardi) to track availability and leasing activity.
• Organizes community-building initiatives, events and related activities.
