Job summary

Flowtec Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead international electrical projects, focusing on low- and medium-voltage distribution, backup power and cooling for data centers and critical facilities. You will serve as the central link between customers, execution teams, factories and partners.

You will drive project scope, planning, budget control and risk management while ensuring safety and quality in a dynamic, multi-national environment with English and Dutch as daily

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience in electrical, industrial or power distribution projects.
• Strong knowledge of low- and medium-voltage systems and power distribution.
• PMP, IPMA or equivalent certification is a strong advantage.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary customer contact throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Lead complex LV/MV, backup power and cooling projects from handover to delivery, commissioning and handover to service.
• Monitor scope, planning, budget, cash flow and profitability.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to deliver milestones on time.
• Prepare and support FAT, SAT and commissioning activities.
• Manage contractual obligations, change requests, claims, risks and opportunities.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure HSE compliance.

As Project Manager, you will own complex international projects in low- and medium-voltage power distribution, backup power and cooling for data centers and other critical environments. You will be the central link between the customer, the execution team, factories and external partners, ensuring safe, profitable and high-quality delivery.

You will join an experienced Project Execution Team of Project Managers, Project Leaders and Work Planners, working closely with sales, engineering, purchasing, finance, logistics and service. What you will do

• Be the primary customer contact throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Lead complex low- and medium-voltage, backup power and cooling projects from handover through execution and commissioning to final delivery.
• Monitor technical quality, scope, planning, budget, cash flow and profitability.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to deliver critical milestones on time.
• Prepare and support Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), commissioning and handover to service.
• Manage contractual obligations, change requests, claims, risks and opportunities.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards.

What you bring

• At least 7 years of experience as a Project Manager in electrical, industrial or power distribution projects.
• Good knowledge of low- and medium-voltage systems, power distribution, backup power or cooling solutions.
• A proven track record in leading complex, multidisciplinary, customer-focused projects.
• Strong safety awareness and knowledge of HSE standards; VCA VOL preferred.
• PMP, IPMA or a similar certification is a strong advantage.
• A bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology, Power Systems or a similar field.
• Commercial insight: project finance, risk, contract and change management.
• Fluent Dutch and English.
