Job summary

Trinamics in The Hague is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex LV/MV power distribution projects for international data center clients. You will own the full lifecycle from order intake to delivery, interfacing with customers and internal teams across sales, logistics, engineering, and finance.

You will manage scope, budget, scheduling, and risks while enforcing HSE excellence on site and driving safety culture.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience in electrical or power distribution projects.
• Strong customer-facing experience and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid knowledge of power distribution systems (LV/MV).
• Proven track record in managing complex, multidisciplinary projects.
• Strong awareness of safety standards and HSE regulations.
• PMP or IPMA certification.
• VCA VOL or equivalent safety certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or similar.
• Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).
• Willingness to travel internationally (~25%).

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary customer interface throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Manage international stakeholders and customers throughout all project phases, including FAT and SAT milestones.
• Lead complex Low & Medium Voltage power distribution projects end-to-end.
• Ensure technical quality and successful delivery of electrical solutions.
• Manage scope, budget, planning, and project risks.
• Drive a strong safety culture and ensure full HSE compliance on site.
• Work with advanced LV/MV power distribution technologies, including Sivacon busbar trunking systems, NXAIR/8DJH/NXPLUS C switchgears, modular e-houses and SIPROTEC protection systems.
• Maintain an unwavering focus on safety, ensuring Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) excellence, particularly during site activities.

At Trinamics, you’ll work with leading global data center clients, including hyperscalers and colocation providers. Can you combine technical expertise, stakeholder management, and safety leadership to deliver critical infrastructure worldwide?

The Role

As Project Manager, you lead complex projects involving Low and Medium Voltage power distribution systems. You take full ownership from order intake to final delivery and act as the primary interface between customers and internal stakeholders.

The Team

The business unit is located in The Hague, where teams such as sales, logistics, engineering, finance, purchasing, and execution collaborate closely.

You'll join a team of 35 Project Managers in The Hague, working in a highly international environment with more than 55 nationalities represented across the business unit.

Your responsibilities
