Job summary

Tecwave B.V. is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to lead projects from start to finish in the Netherlands. You will coordinate clients, suppliers, subcontractors and colleagues, drive planning, budgeting and execution, and push process improvements across the department.

Ideal candidates have at least 5 years in utility projects, strong leadership, and a collaborative mindset. The role offers a permanent contract, competitive salary, a company car or mobility budget, and growth

Qualifications

• At least MBO level 4 and HBO working and thinking level.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in utility projects, preferably with building-related installations.

• Experience in coaching and managing colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Creating and monitoring work schedules, considering priorities, capacity, costs, safety and efficiency.
• Ensuring timely availability of materials, personnel and resources, and proper administrative handling.
• Evaluating projects, work orders and work processes and proposing improvements.
• Coaching and managing colleagues within the department.
• Coordinating and structuring activities within the department.
• Identifying potential new assignments and contributing to acquisition.

Job Description
As an Electrical Project Manager, you are responsible for guiding and coordinating projects from start to finish. You maintain contact with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and colleagues, identify potential new assignments, and contribute to project acquisition. You ensure that planning, budgeting, and execution of tasks proceed efficiently and with high quality. Additionally, you coach and lead colleagues within the department and actively contribute to improvements in processes and working methods.

Your responsibilities as Electrical Project Manager:

Terms of Employment

• Salary between €4,500 and €5,800 gross per month (depending on experience);
• Permanent contract;
