ERSG Ltd in the Netherlands is seeking an experienced Senior Work Planner / Project Coordinator to support a long-term infrastructure contract covering both onshore and offshore projects. The role combines planning, coordination and stakeholder liaison in a hybrid setting.

You will plan projects from start to finish, manage schedules, resources and subcontractors, and monitor budgets, progress, quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in work preparation or technical project coordination.
• Background in infrastructure, engineering or industrial maintenance.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Dutch and English language proficiency.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.
