Job summary

Optimus Search is seeking an experienced Senior Planner to join a major Data Centre project in the Netherlands. The role focuses on developing and maintaining the project schedule, integrating MEP and commissioning activities, and coordinating with contractors and stakeholders.

Responsibilities include progress reporting, risk identification, and guiding recovery plans to ensure on-time handover. Fluency in Dutch is required for stakeholder engagement and coordination.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of MEP and commissioning sequencing.
• Experience working on large-scale construction projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent Dutch.
