Sire Search is seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to support the Dredging & Salvage cluster within Rotterdam’s major waterway program. You will provide organizational, coordination, and administrative support to ensure smooth project operations and effective team communication.

The role requires HBO-level education and 5+ years of project coordination experience in complex environments, with Dutch fluency and strong Microsoft 365/SharePoint skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in project coordination within multi-stakeholder environments.
• Experience organizing and supporting intricate meetings (agenda, minutes, actions).
• Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) with strong report/document skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and collaboration tools.

Responsabilités

• Organize and coordinate meetings, workshops, and work sessions with agendas.
• Manage calendars and scheduling for project leaders and team members.
• Draft, distribute, archive meeting minutes, reports, and decision documents.
• Monitor actions and deadlines to ensure timely progress.
• Prepare reports, memos, and presentations for management.
• Maintain project documents and information flows via SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
• Facilitate internal communication by organizing project files and updates.
• Prepare periodic progress reports for management and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and organize the project environment.
• Serve as point of contact for procedural and informational issues.
