Job summary

Huxley is seeking an experienced Freelance Program Manager to lead governance, planning, and execution of strategic initiatives across a global organization in Amsterdam. You will drive end-to-end programs across teams and external partners, translating strategy into actionable plans with measurable outcomes.

You will partner with senior leaders, manage dependencies, and drive risk and budget processes while delivering on business priorities and value realization.

Qualifications

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to join a global and fast paced environment where you will drive the governance, planning, and execution of multiple strategic initiatives across a complex organization. As Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading end to end programs and portfolios, ensuring alignment with business priorities, managing dependencies, and enabling successful delivery across multiple teams and stakeholders. You will work closely with senior leadership, cross functional teams, and external partners to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead high complexity end to end programs from scoping through implementation
• Manage a portfolio of multiple medium complexity projects with global impact
• Define project scope, objectives, success criteria, and governance structures
• Build and maintain program roadmaps, delivery plans, and dependency frameworks
• Drive program execution while managing risks, issues, and escalations
• Facilitate prioritization and decision making across teams and leadership groups
• Develop business cases supported by qualitative and quantitative analysis
• Engage and influence stakeholders up to VP level
