Job summary

Huxley is seeking an experienced Freelance Program Manager to lead governance, planning, and execution of strategic initiatives across a global organization in Amsterdam. You will drive end-to-end programs across teams and external partners, translating strategy into actionable plans with measurable outcomes.

You will partner with senior leaders, manage dependencies, and drive risk and budget processes while delivering on business priorities and value realization.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8+ years of relevant Program Management or Project Management experience.
• Experience delivering high complexity end-to-end programs.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and program portfolios.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with senior leadership exposure.
• Excellent business acumen and data driven decision making capabilities.
• Advanced analytical and problem solving skills.
• Experience creating business cases and executive level recommendations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to operate successfully in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.
• Change management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead high complexity end to end programs from scoping through implementation.
• Build and maintain program roadmaps, delivery plans, and dependency frameworks.
• Drive program execution while managing risks, issues, and escalations.
• Engage and influence stakeholders up to VP level.
• Partner with business units and corporate functions to ensure resources are allocated effectively.
• Support annual planning and budget cycles across relevant workstreams.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to improve customer, business, and employee experiences.
• Monitor progress against milestones and report on program performance.
