Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise-grade product deployments end-to-end
• Oversee milestones, resources, scope, timelines, and risks
• Lead cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and on-time delivery
• Ensure documentation supports customer acceptance for revenue recognition
• Support pre- and post-sales deployment activities
• Maintain regular communication across teams and customers
• Navigate high-pressure situations to maintain customer confidence
• Identify and remove deployment obstacles through creative problem-solving
• Own relationships with third-party integrators and clients
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Product, Engineering, and Sales teams
• Align change requests with feasibility and roadmap
• Drive process improvements for faster, higher-quality deployments
• Contribute to SOPs and implementation playbooks
• Report to the Director, Professional Services, EMEA
• Occasional travel up to 40% across DACH, Benelux, Nordics, and beyond

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of complex enterprise-grade product deployments
• Oversee project milestones, resource planning, scope, timelines, and risk management
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and on-time delivery
• Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met and documentation supports customer acceptance for revenue recognition
• Support pre-sales scoping and post-sales implementation handoff
• Maintain consistent communication with all teams involved in each project
• Maintain customer confidence, especially in high-pressure situations
• Remove obstacles through creativity and adaptation to changing circumstances
• Own the relationship with third-party integrators and clients throughout the contract
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Product Managers, Engineers, sales, product, and customer teams
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams regarding change requests, solution feasibility, and roadmap alignment
• Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements to deployment speed, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Contribute to internal SOPs, implementation playbooks, and best practices
• Report to the Director, Professional Services, EMEA
• Travel up to 40% within DACH, Benelux, Nordics, and other European countries as needed

Requirements

• Fluency in both German and English
• European citizenship is required in order to work with sensitive Government data and willingness to undergo a security check
• 5+ years of experience leading and delivering highly complex programs, with demonstrated success in technical program management
• Proven track record of managing enterprise-level software deployments, infrastructure projects, or large-scale enterprise application programs
• Deep expertise in delivering complex projects involving cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and product
• Mastery of program/project management tools and methodologies, including PMP, PRINCE2, and SCRUM
• Experience gathering requirements, optimizing workflows, and facilitating change management within teams
• Familiarity with software configurations and coding experience, particularly JSON, preferred
• Advanced communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill technical concepts for diverse audiences
• Proficiency in guiding client and internal teams through ambiguity, driving alignment, and executing on shared goals
