HQ Pack is seeking a Production Planner to manage daily operations and ensure on-time delivery from our Service Center. You will work under the Senior Planner alongside another Planner, maintaining production schedules and serving as the central contact for customers regarding orders and changes.

The role emphasizes a structured, service-oriented approach with an informal, collaborative atmosphere. A daytime schedule and a focus on learning the organization in the first 100 days are core aspects.

• Developing and maintaining production schedules aligned with customer demand, inventory levels and capacity constraints.
• Coordinating with manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth production workflows.
• Monitoring and managing inventory, identifying opportunities to optimize stock levels and reduce excess.
• Collaborating with customer service teams to understand customer forecasts and demand patterns.
• Setting priorities and allocating resources with the production team to ensure on-time delivery.
• Acting as a point of contact for production-related issues and providing timely resolutions.
