Job summary

HQ Pack Service Center is seeking a Production Planner to manage daily production schedules and serve as the central contact for orders, changes, and issues. You will work under the Senior Planner alongside another Planner in a collaborative, daytime role.

In your first 100 days you will learn the organization and processes, then help bring structure and efficiency to planning, ensuring on-time delivery and high service levels.

Qualifications

• Experience in production planning or operations planning.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining production schedules aligned with demand and capacity.
• Coordinating with manufacturing, procurement, logistics and other departments.
• Monitoring and managing inventory to optimize stock levels.
• Collaborating with customer service to understand forecasts and demand patterns.
• Setting priorities and allocating resources with the production team to ensure on-time delivery.
• Acting as a point of contact for production-related issues and providing timely resolutions.
