Job summary

Harvey Performance Company is seeking a Production Planner to own production scheduling and material planning across our manufacturing operations. Translate demand forecasts into achievable schedules, ensuring material and capacity availability through SAP/Epicor ERP and MRP to drive on-time delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of production planning/scheduling in high-volume manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ERP (PP/MM) and Epicor for planning and materials management.
• Advanced knowledge of MRP concepts, demand planning, and capacity planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop, publish, and maintain detailed production schedules to meet demand and on-time delivery.
• Own and execute MRP within SAP/Epicor, review planned orders and net requirements.
• Maintain accuracy of planning master data (lead times, lot sizes, safety stock, BOMs, routings).
• Balance capacity against forecasts and orders in a high-volume, high-mix environment.
• Collaborate with Purchasing/Supply Chain to resolve material shortages and manage lead times.
• Support S&OP process with capacity analysis and planning input.
• Track key planning KPIs and report to operations leadership.
