Job summary

HQ Pack is seeking a Business Process Engineer to bridge operations, users and technology. You will align processes and systems across locations, support ISAH and other business systems, and develop training materials for end users.

You will train key users, analyse issues, identify root causes, and lead improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and consistency, turning ideas into sustainable solutions for our organisation.

Responsibilities

• Provide training, coaching, and support to key users on ISAH and other business systems.
• Develop and maintain training materials, manuals, and user documentation.
• Monitor adherence to agreed processes, standards, and best practices.
• Investigate and resolve operational and system-related issues to minimise business disruption.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and translate them into practical solutions.
• Lead and facilitate improvement initiatives across operational departments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess training needs and support organisational development.
