Job summary

HQ Pack is seeking a Process Engineer to ensure production processes run smoothly and efficiently in Eindhoven. You will turn product specs into practical processes, write clear work instructions, and collaborate with operators and team leaders on continuous improvements on the factory floor.

You’ll focus on workflow design, cycle times, costs and quality, while keeping technical documentation up to date and supporting the team to meet production targets.

• Writing and improving work instructions
• Keeping technical documentation up to date
• Spotting improvement opportunities and working with the team to implement them

• Monitoring processes, solving issues and making improvements
• Supporting and guiding operators and team leaders
