How You Will Contribute

• Identify and support process improvement opportunities that enhance operational performance, efficiency, and reliability.
• Participate in operational meetings and conduct regular process observations to understand challenges and recommend practical solutions.
• Analyze operational data, develop reports, and maintain tools that support workforce planning and performance monitoring.
• Investigate production or operational issues and help implement preventive and corrective actions that reduce disruptions and improve outcomes.
• Support engineering and continuous improvement projects through planning, analysis, and implementation activities.
• Apply Lean methodologies and improvement techniques to reduce waste and improve process effectiveness.
• Prepare studies, recommendations, and business cases that support operational and commercial decision-making.
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to develop solutions aligned with business needs.
• Contribute to Lean and 5S training initiatives, helping colleagues build capability and drive a culture of continuous improvement.

What You Will Bring

• Knowledge of logistics, engineering, Lean, continuous improvement, project management, or a related field gained through education, work experience, or other practical exposure.
• Ability to analyze information, solve problems, and translate findings into practical recommendations and improvements.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn, develop new skills, and take ownership of projects and improvement opportunities.
• Familiarity with Lean tools, process improvement methodologies, project management tools, or data analysis software is beneficial but not essential.
