Job summary

HQ Pack seeks a Process Engineer for its Service Center to optimize repair, refurbishment, maintenance and service workflows, driving efficiency and quality in servicing customer products. You will develop clear work instructions, monitor turnaround time and throughput, and collaborate with operations, engineering and planning to ensure compliance with safety and customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze service and repair workflows and translate them into efficient and standardized operational processes
• Develop and maintain clear, accurate work instructions, process documentation, and technical standards
• Provide input on process parameters, tooling requirements, equipment capabilities, and service methodologies
• Provide hands‑on technical support to operational teams while leading and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with team leads and supervisors
• Monitor process performance metrics such as turnaround time, throughput, quality performance, and operational efficiency
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Act as a liaison between operations, engineering, planning, purchasing, quality, and customer-facing teams
• Ensure compliance with internal standards, safety guidelines, customer requirements, and applicable regulations
