Job summary

HQ Pack is seeking a Process Engineer to ensure production processes run smoothly and efficiently in Eindhoven. You will turn product specs into practical processes, write clear work instructions, and collaborate with operators and team leaders on continuous improvements on the factory floor.

You’ll focus on workflow design, cycle times, costs and quality, while keeping technical documentation up to date and supporting the team to meet production targets.

Job description

As a Process Engineer, you make sure our production processes run smoothly and efficiently. You play an important role in improving quality and making sure everything in our cleanroom processes is done the right way. You’ll help introduce new processes, turn ideas into clear instructions, and make sure they actually work in practice. You won’t just design things from behind a desk — you’ll spend time on the work floor, working closely with operators and team leaders.
