Responsibilities

• Identify and support process improvement opportunities that enhance performance and efficiency.
• Participate in operational meetings and observe processes to understand challenges and propose practical solutions.
• Analyze operational data, develop reports, and maintain tools for workforce planning and performance monitoring.
• Investigate production or operational issues and help implement preventive and corrective actions.
• Support engineering and continuous improvement projects through planning, analysis, and implementation.
