Job summary

Prodrive Technologies in Eindhoven, Netherlands, seeks a Process Engineer to optimize assembly inspection processes and drive robust workflows for high-quality output in a 24/7 campus setting.

You will contribute to automation, efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating with maintenance and engineering teams to ensure equipment reliability and process documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s in engineering field (preferably electrical, mechanical, physics, industrial or chemical engineering).
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of statistical tools (Minitab) and MS Excel for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and improve manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, quality and cost effectiveness.
• Investigate process-related issues and implement corrective actions.
• Evaluate and introduce new technologies or automation solutions.
• Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to ensure equipment reliability.
• Create and maintain process documentation.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

What you bring

Understanding of quality standards (ISO, IPC) and regulatory requirements

Ability to create andmaintainprocess documentation (PFMEA, Control Plans)

PreferredKnowledge of IATF16949, ISO9001 and familiar with APQP, PPAP

Influence and leadership in drive change initiatives

Proficient in English (written and spoken)
