Develop,implementand improve manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency,qualityand cost effectiveness
Investigate process-related issues and implement corrective actions
Evaluate and introducenew technologiesor automation solutions
Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to ensure equipment reliability
Create andmaintainprocess documentation
Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations

Bachelor’s or master’s inaengineering field (preferably electrical, mechanical, physics, industrial or chemical engineering)
Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies
Knowledge of statistical tools (Minitab)and MS Excel for data analysis
Understanding of quality standards (ISO, IPC) and regulatory requirements
Ability to create andmaintainprocess documentation (PFMEA, Control Plans)
PreferredKnowledge of IATF16949, ISO9001 and familiar with APQP, PPAP
Influence and leadership in drive change initiatives
Proficient in English (written and spoken)
