Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking an experienced Engagement Manager to lead client solutions across 2D/3D Print, POSM and Promotional Merchandise. You will own client relationships, manage multi-vendor projects and ensure delivery on time and within budgets.

Based in the Netherlands, this role operates on a blended/hybrid basis with weekly client-site attendance in Rotterdam. English and Dutch language skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing client engagements across multiple vendors and SLAs.
• Strong project management with ability to run several projects in parallel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluent Dutch and English required for client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Take briefs from the client with full specification and deadlines, manage delivery from start to finish.
• Provide input and guidance to suppliers, ensuring client requirements are met and service levels maintained.
• Monitor progress, implement improvements, and collaborate with internal teams and HH Global’s full-service offering.
• Prepare presentations, report on status, and manage budgets and P&Ls to maximise profit.
