Job summary

HH Global is seeking a Client Engagement professional to oversee partnerships with a FMCG client, focusing on 2D/3D Print, POSM, and Promotional Merchandise. The role requires coordinating with internal teams and local partners to deliver on client needs and maintain SLAs.

The position is hybrid, with regular visits to the Rotterdam site. Initial contract is six months with a view to permanent employment, based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in 2D/3D Print, POSM categories or Promotional Merchandise.
• Strong time management and prioritisation skills to handle multiple projects.
• Excellent communication (verbal, written, presentation) and ability to influence stakeholders at varying levels.

• Prepare presentations and complete account administration and reporting with accurate records.

Purpose of the Job

Our client Engagement Team are responsible for managing and delivering solutions for our clients through close work with internal teams and local partners.

You'll need experience of working with clients and delivering ongoing solutions to resolve their challenges - taking ownership of various relationships and developing them further. The areas of spend under management with this FMCG client are 2D / 3D Print, Point of Sale Materials (POSM) and Promotional Merchandise.

This role operates on a blended / hybrid basis but you must be able to attend the client site in Rotterdam on a regular / weekly basis. The position is i nitially a 6 month contract with a view to permanent employment.

Key Responsibilities

• Take briefs from the client including full specification details and deadline dates and help manage project delivery from start to finish, suggesting alternative options and innovation where possible
• Deliver contractual requirements, prepare presentations and complete necessary account administration and reporting while keeping accurate records
• Deliver services to meet and exceed contracted SLAs while ensuring compliance with Regulatory and Company policies

Knowledge, Skills + Experience

• Experience in any combination of 2D / 3D Print, Temporary + Permanent POSM categories and Promotional Merchandise
• Commercial bias / understanding and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously through time management + prioritization skills
• Experience in troubleshooting unexpected project issues and implementing preventative measures
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation), with clarity of expression and the ability to present to and influence various stakeholder groups at all levels of seniority
• Advanced Dutch + English language skills are required
