Job summary

HH Global is seeking a client engagement professional to manage and deliver solutions for FMCG clients. You will work closely with internal teams and local partners, taking ownership of client relationships across 2D/3D Print, POSM and Promotional Merchandise.

The role is blended/hybrid, requiring attendance at the Rotterdam client site once or twice per week. Initially fixed-term with a view to permanent employment.

Qualifications

• Client service management experience, including on-site work with client/vendor relationships.
• Experience in 2D/3D Print, POSM or Promotional Merchandise.
• Strong time management and ability to juggle multiple projects.
• Project management mindset with sales/business development focus.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Advanced Dutch and English language skills.
• Willingness to attend client office in Rotterdam weekly.

Responsibilities

• Take briefs from the client with full specs and deadlines; own the delivery process.
• Provide technical input and brief suppliers to client requirements; deliver high service levels.
• Monitor projects for on-time delivery; collaborate across teams and utilize full-service offering.
• Prepare presentations and manage account administration and reporting; keep records.
• Agree and manage budgets and P&Ls; maximize profit through performance analysis.
• Deliver services to meet SLAs while complying with regulatory and company policies.

Purpose of the job

Our client Engagement Teams are responsible for managing and delivering solutions for our clients through close work with internal teams and local partners.

You’ll need experience of working with clients and delivering ongoing solutions to resolve their challenges - taking ownership of various relationships and developing them further. The areas of spend under management with this FMCG client are 2D / 3D Print, Point of Sale Materials (POSM) and Promotional Merchandise.

This role operates on a blended / hybrid basis but you must be able to attend the client site in Rotterdam once or twice per week. The position is initially a fixed term contract with a view to permanent employment.

Key Responsibilities

• Take briefs from the client including full specification details and deadline dates and manage project delivery from start to finish, suggesting alternative options and innovation where possible - own the process
• Provide technical input and advice on projects as required, briefing suppliers on precise client requirements and delivering exceptional levels of customer service
• Monitor projects to ensure they are delivered to specification and on time while implementing new methods and procedures as required - collaborate across multiple teams and utilize HH Global’s full-service offering
• Deliver contractual requirements, prepare presentations and complete necessary account administration and reporting while keeping accurate records
• Agree and manage budgets and P+Ls, ensuring profit is maximized through analysis of performance
• Deliver services to meet and exceed contracted SLAs while ensuring compliance with Regulatory and Company policies

Knowledge, skills + experience

• Client service management experience, including time spent working on client site(s), developing and maintaining client relationships across multiple vendors against agreed SLAs + KPIs
• Experience in any combination of 2D / 3D Print, Temporary + Permanent POSM categories and Promotional Merchandise
• Commercial bias / understanding and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously through time management + prioritization skills
• Project Management mindset - process driven with a focus on sales and business development
• Experience in troubleshooting unexpected project issues and implementing preventative measures
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation), with clarity of expression and the ability to present to and influence various stakeholder groups at all levels of seniority
• Advanced Dutch and English language skills are required
• Must be willing and able to attend client office in Rotterdam weekly and as required
