Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking a client engagement professional to manage and deliver solutions for FMCG clients, including 2D/3D Print, POSM and Promotional Merchandise. You’ll own client relationships, attend the Rotterdam client site weekly, and coordinate with internal teams and partners on a blended/hybrid basis.

The role is initially fixed-term with a view to permanent employment, requiring strong communication, project and budget management skills, and fluency in Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• Experience in client service management, including managing client site relationships and meeting SLAs/KPIs.
• Experience with 2D/3D Print, POSM, and Promotional Merchandise is preferred.
• Strong project management mindset with ability to manage multiple projects and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Take briefs from the client with full specifications, deadlines and manage delivery end-to-end.
• Provide technical input and brief suppliers to meet client requirements and deliver excellent service.
• Monitor projects to ensure they meet specifications, deadlines and maintain records across teams.
• Deliver contractual requirements, prepare presentations and account administration.
• Agree and manage budgets and P&Ls to maximize profit through performance analysis.
• Meet SLAs and ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.

Purpose of the job

Our client Engagement Teams are responsible for managing and delivering solutions for our clients through close work with internal teams and local partners.

You’ll need experience of working with clients and delivering ongoing solutions to resolve their challenges - taking ownership of various relationships and developing them further. The areas of spend under management with this FMCG client are 2D / 3D Print, Point of Sale Materials (POSM) and Promotional Merchandise.

This role operates on a blended / hybrid basis but you must be able to attend the client site in Rotterdam once or twice per week. The position is initially a fixed term contract with a view to permanent employment.

Key responsibilities

• Take briefs from the client including full specification details and deadline dates and manage project delivery from start to finish, suggesting alternative options and innovation where possible - own the process
• Provide technical input and advice on projects as required, briefing suppliers on precise client requirements and delivering exceptional levels of customer service
• Monitor projects to ensure they are delivered to specification and on time while implementing new methods and procedures as required - collaborate across multiple teams and utilize HH Global’s full-service offering
• Deliver contractual requirements, prepare presentations and complete necessary account administration and reporting while keeping accurate records
• Agree and manage budgets and P+Ls, ensuring profit is maximized through analysis of performance
• Deliver services to meet and exceed contracted SLAs while ensuring compliance with Regulatory and Company policies

Knowledge, skills + experience

• Client service management experience, including time spent working on client site(s), developing and maintaining client relationships across multiple vendors against agreed SLAs + KPIs
• Experience in any combination of 2D / 3D Print, Temporary + Permanent POSM categories and Promotional Merchandise
• Commercial bias / understanding and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously through time management + prioritization skills
• Project Management mindset - process driven with a focus on sales and business development
• Experience in troubleshooting unexpected project issues and implementing preventative measures
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation), with clarity of expression and the ability to present to and influence various stakeholder groups at all levels of seniority
• Advanced Dutch and English language skills are required
• Must be willing and able to attend client office in Rotterdam weekly and as required
