Job summary

HH Global is seeking a Client Engagement professional to oversee partnerships with a FMCG client, focusing on 2D/3D Print, POSM, and Promotional Merchandise. The role requires coordinating with internal teams and local partners to deliver on client needs and maintain SLAs.

The position is hybrid, with regular visits to the Rotterdam site. Initial contract is six months with a view to permanent employment, based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in 2D/3D Print, POSM categories or Promotional Merchandise.
• Strong time management and prioritisation skills to handle multiple projects.
• Excellent communication (verbal, written, presentation) and ability to influence stakeholders at varying levels.

Responsibilities

• Take briefs from the client including full specification details and deadlines, and manage project delivery from start to finish.
• Prepare presentations and complete account administration and reporting with accurate records.
• Deliver services to meet and exceed contracted SLAs while complying with regulations and company policies.
