Job summary

Nike Inc. is seeking a Principal, Territory Business Integration to lead the Territory offense and drive marketplace execution excellence across the EMEA region from the Netherlands.

You will orchestrate the Code process, RotG rhythm, and translation of global concepts into local activation plans that create demand and cultural relevance. In this role you will partner with Territory GM, Marketing, Sales, and ND teams to ensure aligned action plans and high-quality activation across channels.

• Strong business acumen translating marketplace insights into decisions that create value across the Sport Led offense.
• Proven execution capabilities translating seasonal priorities into aligned action plans and high-quality marketplace execution.

Responsibilities

• Own Territory alignment to the end-to-end Code process with disciplined execution.
• Lead Territory seasonal Code forums with clear agendas and accountable decisions.
• Partner with the EMEA Code team to strengthen process clarity and Territory execution.
• Design and evolve the Territory operating model and governance.
• Lead Territory seasonal planning calendars, meetings, and timelines.
• Translate Territory concept maps into locally relevant activation plans.
• Adapt Global and Geo narratives to local consumer and sport insights.
• Define success measures and performance indicators for marketplace impact.
• Align activation plans across Nike Direct, Digital, Retail, and partners.
• Act as integrator of Territory offense and enable faster decision-making.
• Share best practices within the EMEA Business Integration community.
