Job summary

JR286 is seeking a Sales Manager to join our International Nike Business unit in the Netherlands, covering the EMEA and Latin America region. You will manage distributors directly, driving JR286's business and meeting annual targets.

Based in our Hilversum office, you will translate global go-to-market strategies into distributor actions, collaborate with Product teams, and lead seasonal initiatives, KPI-driven and travel up to 4 times per year.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in EMEA and/or Latin American marketplaces.
• 3–5 years of sales experience with a Global Sports Brand.
• Experience in managing distributors is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; high energy and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Manage distributor portfolio within EMEA & Latin America; ensure yearly targets are met.
• Oversee business planning with seasonal and yearly forecasting; monthly distributor reviews.
• Monitor orderbook, distributor inventory and sales data; define action plans.
• Input to Sales Director for 3-year regional strategic planning; ensure execution.
• Drive integration with Nike across territories; build relationships with internal teams.
• Organize seasonal go-to-market meetings; develop strategy aligned with product stories.
• Represent JR286 and Nike externally to distributor partners; act as ambassador.
• Provide market input to product engines; gather insights at category level.
• Host quarterly and annual business reviews with key distributors.
• Other tasks might be assigned.
