Nike European Headquarters seeks a Lead, Brand Creative, Fixture and Layout Designer to drive strategy and deliver retail fixture concepts across stores in the Netherlands and beyond. You will collaborate with designers, project managers, and cross-functional partners to ensure brand standards and optimal product flow.

You will review concepts from Global teams and develop briefs for external vendors, leveraging expertise in materials, spatial planning, joinery, and operations to elevate store

Qualifications

• Extensive experience creating retail fixture designs and layouts.
• Proficiency in SketchUp, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite, Grasshopper, AutoCAD, After Effects, Twinmotion.
• Strong portfolio of retail projects.

Responsabilités

• Drive strategy development across EMEA and manage global and local projects.
• Oversee store layout planning, consumer navigation, service flow and zoning.
• Align store density with revenue goals and integrate merchandising with fixture planning.
• Mentor Layout Planning teams and ensure zoning and journeys accuracy.
• Present work to stakeholders and uphold brand consistency.
