Job summary

Nike Europe Headquarters is seeking a Senior Marketplace Business Development Professional to identify growth opportunities and translate market insights into strategic recommendations across multiple countries.

In a temporary role through October 2027, you will analyze performance, craft data-driven stories, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive marketplace excellence across EMEA.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, market research, marketplace development, city mapping, strategy, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for turning data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, visualization, and storytelling.
• Strong commercial and strategic mindset with understanding of marketplace dynamics and consumer trends.
• Experience in market research, competitive analysis, or marketplace strategy.
• Familiarity with retail, wholesale, e-commerce, or marketplace environments preferred.
• Experience with SQL, Snowflake, ArcGIS, Tableau or similar analytics platforms is a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence across functions.
• Proactive, curious, solution-oriented approach in dynamic environments.
• Coding experience, specifically Cursor.

Responsibilities

• Identify and unlock marketplace growth opportunities through advanced data analysis, market research, and consumer insights.
• Support development and execution of Nike's EMEA Marketplace strategy for sustainable growth.
• Analyze marketplace performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Partner with cross-functional teams across EMEA to ensure strategy implementation and operational excellence.
• Translate complex data into compelling business stories, reports, and presentations for decision-making.
• Monitor competitor activity, market developments, and consumer trends to keep Nike ahead.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize marketplace performance and partner success.
