Job summary

You will help optimize showroom processes, schedules, sampling flow, and the set-up of spaces to elevate the experience for partners and consumers. You are highly organized, proactive, and comfortable translating showroom needs into actionable plans, piloting new technologies, and training stakeholders on new tools.

Responsibilities

• Support showroom strategy execution and improve efficiency of processes and operations.
• Manage showroom schedule, booking system, and showrooms setup.
• Coordinate sample flow and other showroom operations to ensure smooth execution.
• Translate seasonal strategy into showroom initiatives and pilots (e.g., new display concepts, tech pilots).
• Serve as voice for showrooms, gather feedback, and convert into actionable plans.
