Job summary

Tsuga is hiring a Sales Engineer / Solutions Architect to join a hybrid, client-facing role in the Netherlands. You will partner with the Sales team to design solutions, conduct strong demonstrations, and steer POCs that translate customer needs into Tsuga capabilities.

The role requires cloud-native know-how, experience with observability tools, and the ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences. Expect fast-paced growth and collaboration with a European team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, DevOps, SRE or related role in SaaS.
• Strong cloud-native infrastructure, microservices, and telemetry tooling knowledge.
• Ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Drive pre-sales with Account Executives: discovery, demos, design, POCs.
• Size deals during POC phase based on data processing needs.
• Translate observability challenges into Tsuga solutions.
• Deliver engaging demos addressing logging, metrics, tracing, alerts.
• Guide integrations with OpenTelemetry, cloud infra (AWS, GCP, Azure), Kubernetes, CI/CD.
• Bridge customer needs with product, fix small issues during POC.
• Respond to RFPs and support evaluations and procurement.
