Job summary

ZeroTier seeks a Senior Sales Engineer to act as the technical counterpart to Account Executives across Europe, Africa, Asia and beyond. You will own discovery, solution architecture, demos and POV engagements end-to-end, then hand off to Customer Success.

You will work in a hybrid model from the Netherlands, collaborating with Sales, Engineering and Customer Success in a fast-paced, founder-led environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years customer-facing in a pre-sales role with quota responsibility.
• Ability to articulate complex tech in business terms.
• Experience creating POVs, demos, and RFP responses.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical win across the deal cycle from discovery to close.
• Run structured POVs with clear success criteria and plans.
• Deliver demos and whiteboard sessions to diverse audiences.
• Win competitive deals and address security questionnaires.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Customer Success post-sale.
