Tsuga, Inc in the Netherlands seeks a Sales Engineer/Solutions Architect to bridge customers and product teams, driving pre-sales through discovery, demos, and design.

A hybrid role collaborating with a Europe/US/LATAM team, translating complex observability and cloud-native concepts into practical solutions for workshops, POCs, and RFPs to win new business.

You will work with OpenTelemetry, cloud platforms, Kubernetes, and CI/CD to deliver value and build customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, DevOps, SRE or former software engineer role in a SaaS or observability-focused environment.

Responsabilités

• Drive pre-sales process with Account Executives: discovery, demos, solution design, POCs and support.
• Size deals during POC phase based on data volume requirements.
• Translate observability challenges into Tsuga solutions and deliver engaging demos.
• Provide technical guidance on integrations with OpenTelemetry, cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
• Bridge customer needs and product team, address issues during POC.
• Respond to RFPs and support procurement processes.
