Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Commercial Post Quantum Cryptography Director to establish and grow a PQC practice. You will define the team’s direction, standards and delivery of services, educate clients on PQC risks, and work with leaders across products, IT, and operations to ensure quantum-resistant architectures.

You will hire and lead PQC experts to perform reviews and pilots. You will guide architectural decisions, support client requirements, and drive PQC pilots and migrations,

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading technical teams in PQC or cryptography.
• 5+ years in infrastructure design/management with hardware or software.
• Experience presenting recommendations to executive stakeholders.
• Knowledge of NIST PQC standards and EU cyber regulations.

Responsibilities

• Define the PQC team direction, standards and requirements for services and solutions.
• Lead security reviews, cryptographic inventories, pilots, and large-scale deployments.
• Migrate tools and technology to quantum-resistant implementations.
• Collaborate across product, IT, networking and infrastructure to embed PQC best practices.
