Job summary

A leading technology firm in the Netherlands is seeking a Commercial Post Quantum Cryptography Director to establish its PQC practice. The role requires over 8 years of experience in cryptography and technical leadership. Responsibilities include educating clients on PQC best practices, leading teams in security reviews, and managing large-scale software or hardware deployments. Ideal candidates will have knowledge of quantum-safe technologies and EU cyber regulations, with the capability to travel up to 50%. A Bachelor's degree is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading technical teams across PQC, classical cryptography, or secure communications.
• 5+ years of experience with infrastructure component management or design.
• Experience presenting recommendations and roadmaps to executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Establish and grow Booz Allen’s Commercial Post Quantum Cryptography practice.
• Educate and influence client teams on PQC best practices.
• Lead teams of PQC experts to perform security reviews and develop cryptographic inventories.
