Job summary

QuantWare seeks a Senior Quantum Algorithm Expert to lead the transformation of real-world use cases into practical quantum applications. You will map enterprise problems to quantum algorithms and estimate resource needs for fault-tolerant hardware.

You will collaborate with Software Development, System Engineering, and Quantum Hardware teams to translate algorithmic requirements into hardware specifications, driving innovation and impact.

Qualifications

• PhD in a quantum field with strong publication record.
• Deep expertise in quantum algorithms and resource estimation.
• Experience with circuit compilation and quantum error correction is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and translate quantum applications by mapping real-world use cases to algorithms with speedups.
• Build frameworks for resource estimation of circuit execution and hardware requirements.
• Lead design of automation for application mapping and resource estimation.
