Job summary

Applied Medical is seeking an Order Processor (Portuguese fluent) to manage daily order flow and ensure a smooth supply chain from Amersfoort, NL. You will handle inquiries by phone and email, process orders in SAP, and coordinate with Warehousing, Finance and Master Data to resolve issues.

This role supports Europe with an international, collaborative team, offering a mainly on-site position with hybrid options and opportunities for growth through internal trainings.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in a similar (Customer Service) position.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and Windows-based computer applications.
• Experience with SAP is preferred.
• Fluent oral and written communication skills in Portuguese and English.
• Excellent administrative and communicative skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and emails from customers regarding shipments and invoices.
• Process and manage in SAP the daily customer order flow coming in through different channels (e.g. EDI, email, Esker, fax, phone).
• Collect and analyze delivery reports from logistic service providers.
• Communicate with internal departments including Warehouse, Finance, Master Data, and Credit Control to investigate and resolve customer disputes.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Quality Processes.
