Job summary

Applied Medical, European HQ in Amersfoort (NL), seeks a Customer Relations Representative to be the first contact for Italian and German-speaking customers. You will handle calls and emails, solve queries, and prepare agreements with accuracy and timeliness.

You will collaborate with local sales teams to deliver best-in-class service and contribute to continuous improvements in customer experience across Europe. On-site with hybrid options, based at Amersfoort HQ.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in customer service or hospitality
• Good knowledge of MS Office and Windows-based applications
• Experience with SAP is preferred
• Fluent oral and written communication in German, Italian and English
• Additional European language is an advantage
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Handle questions from internal and external customers by phone and email during office hours
• Process returns and invoice corrections in SAP
• Prepare agreements for evaluation, loan, rental and purchases
• Interpret and route customer requests to appropriate departments
• Investigate and resolve customer disputes and communicate solutions
• Participate in team and project meetings to drive process improvements
