Job summary

Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield Netherlands seeks a Portfolio Leasing Manager to lead the leasing strategy and commercial performance of our Dutch assets. You will shape the retail mix, strengthen relationships with national and international brands, and drive ambitious commercial outcomes across our portfolio.

You will lead the Netherlands Leasing team of four, influence senior stakeholders and coordinate across internal and external partners to deliver a clear, joined-up portfolio strategy.

Qualifications

• Significant experience within retail property, leasing, asset management or commercial real estate
• Strong track record of delivering leasing strategies and commercial targets in complex retail environments
• Led and developed high-performing teams
• Accomplished negotiator with understanding of commercial drivers behind successful deals
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders quickly and credibly
• Blend strategic thinking with hands-on commercial delivery
• Understand retail market dynamics, brand positioning and evolving customer trends
• Fluency in Dutch and English

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver the leasing strategy across both Netherlands assets
• Own portfolio performance, commercial targets and Business Plan priorities
• Lead, motivate and develop a team of four
• Build senior relationships with national and international brands
• Lead and challenge complex commercial negotiations
• Identify emerging brands, sectors and concepts to strengthen destinations
• Shape anchor tenant strategy and long-term brand partnerships
• Use market insight and performance data to identify risks and opportunities
• Bring internal teams, external agents and senior stakeholders behind a clear commercial vision
• Represent the Netherlands leasing function in leadership forums and regional discussions
