Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Product Manager – Administration & Governance based in the Netherlands. You will shape how organizations adopt a shared development platform, focusing on self-service for employees and AI agents with governance for IT and security teams.

Lead the product strategy for enterprise administration, enabling company‑wide adoption, while collaborating with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success in a fully remote setting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management experience in developer tools, infrastructure, or internal platforms.
• Experience building self-service products with strong developer experience while meeting governance needs.
• Understanding of software builders’ needs and enterprise infrastructure responsibilities.
• Ability to reason about identity management, permissions, ownership, and usage attribution.
• Awareness of how AI agents are changing software development in organizations.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for internal innovation and enterprise adoption.
• Make project creation and onboarding self-service for access and infrastructure.
• Develop a unified admin experience with visibility into projects and resources.
• Define ownership, access, boundaries, and team permissions with governance in mind.
• Collaborate with platform, IT, security, and finance to translate requirements into controls.
• Define the path from experimentation to production and governance evolution.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to scale early implementations.
• Define success metrics and end-to-end product measurement.
