Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Deployment Strategist for public sector accounts across the EMEA region, based in the Netherlands or remotely. You will own post-sale success, drive onboarding, product adoption, and measurable outcomes for government agencies and regulatory bodies.

You will design AI-powered workflows, collaborate with Product and Sales, and lead executive reviews to secure renewals and expansion while maintaining high customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, distributed environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in customer success or deployment strategy.
• Experience in public sector, law enforcement, cybersecurity, or national security.
• Ability to build credibility with investigators and senior stakeholders.
• Proven track record designing AI-powered workflows in production.
• Strong understanding of AI tools, automation, and data-driven processes.
• Experience managing post-sale lifecycle including onboarding, adoption, and renewals.
• Excellent executive communication and cross-language collaboration.
• Based in UK or Europe with ability to cover EMEA.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and activation for a portfolio of EMEA public sector customers.
• Define success criteria and measurable adoption benchmarks.
• Design and implement AI workflows integrating multiple data sources.
• Monitor account health, renewals risk, and retention strategies.
• Develop new use cases with investigators and analysts.
• Lead quarterly business reviews with senior government stakeholders.
• Support renewals and expansion with account health insights.
• Translate feedback into product requirements.
• Collaborate across EMEA with multilingual teams.
• Take end-to-end ownership of customer success portfolio.
