Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Core Product domain in the Netherlands. You will own pricing, availability, and listing management, driving cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, Data, and integration teams to deliver reliable, AI-powered product experiences for professional property managers.

You will lead discovery, prioritize initiatives, and translate opportunities into prototypes and shipped features while navigating multi-channel integrations.

Qualifications

• : 5+ years of product management experience in B2B software or SaaS environments.
• : Broad ownership of a product area with multiple features and technical dependencies.
• : Ability to simplify complex systems and deliver intuitive experiences, including third-party integrations.
• : Practical experience using AI in product development and prototyping.
• : Hands-on product mindset with ownership beyond specs and active contribution to delivery.
• : Strong technical understanding and collaboration with engineering on APIs and architecture.
• : Experience with continuous product discovery (customer research, problem validation, opportunity assessment).
• : Strong commercial awareness and link between product decisions and business outcomes.
• : Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with good judgment on prioritization.
• : Resilience and ownership to improve critical systems that customers rely on.
• : Strong communication and collaboration across distributed teams.
• : Physical presence within the EMEA region for effective collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the core product domain, with ownership of pricing, availability, and listing management.
• Lead product development across interconnected workflows enabling property managers to manage rates, availability, booking restrictions, stay rules, and listing content.
• Prioritize product initiatives based on customer needs, business objectives, and market opportunities with measurable impact.
• Simplify complex experiences and workflows for reliable, efficient property management and distribution across channels.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, and integration teams to translate opportunities into requirements, prototypes, and releases.
• Drive continuous product discovery via customer research, stakeholder interviews, data analysis, and experiments.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate development from concept to shipped features.
• Work with engineers throughout implementation to validate technical approaches and ensure customer value.
• Navigate external booking platform differences to ensure consistent behavior across integrations.
• Make informed trade-offs and continuously improve usability, reliability, and performance of the core platform.
• Monitor performance and feedback to identify improvements and deliver business value.
