Job summary

Glovis Europe is expanding its Finished Vehicle Logistics operations in Amsterdam. You will ensure data accuracy and availability to support daily vehicle movements and reporting.

You will work with customers, carriers and internal teams to monitor KPIs, maintain data quality, and keep processes running smoothly. This role suits someone with logistics or IT background who enjoys data, systems, reporting and performance monitoring, with growth opportunities into Junior Specialist or Specialist

Qualifications

• HBO degree or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Admin, IT or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, transport, or IT.
• Proven experience with operational data, EDI, reporting, or KPI monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Data & quality control: monitor daily information flow across customers, carriers and partners.
• KPI & performance monitoring: maintain dashboards, data quality metrics and documentation.
• Business support: act as first point of contact for data and reporting questions, coordinate with IT and partners.

Your mission

Join ourFinished Vehicle Logistics (FVL)Operations Division and help shape the success of our new Amsterdam location.

In this role, you will ensure thatlogisticsinformation isaccurate, complete, and available to support the daily movement of vehicles through our network. You will work closely with colleagues, customers, carriers, and internal support teams tomonitorperformance,maintaindata quality, and keep processes running smoothly.

Acting as the link between the business and supporting systems, you will help ensure the right information is available at the right timeand contribute to the continued success of our Amsterdam operations.

You enjoy understanding how vehiclelogisticsworks,identifyingwhere information is missing or incorrect, and using data to support better decision-making. You will monitor KPIs, investigate exceptions, coordinate with IT when system issues occur, andcontribute to the continuous improvement of Finished Vehicle Logistics processes.

Your Responsibilities

Data Quality & Control

• Monitor the daily flow of informationacross customers, carriers, and partners.
• Ensure vehicle movements, statuses, deliveries, and key milestones are accurately recorded and p erform regular data checks and resolve inconsistencies that may affect planning, customer reporting, or invoicing . Proactively i dentify issuesand work with internal teamsand external partnersto resolve them.

KPI & Performance Monitoring

• Maintain EDI performance reports, dashboards, and data quality metrics.
• Keep documentation up to date for interfaces and processes.
• Support testing and implementation of new partners, systems, andprocesses.

BusinessSupport

• Act as the first point of contact for data and reporting-related questions.
• Support colleagues with the information needed for day-to-day activities.
• Coordinate with IT teams and external partners when system or data issues require technical support.

Your profile

• HBO degree or equivalent, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration , IT or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in logistics , supply chain, transport, or IT .
• Proven e xperience in working with operational data, EDI, reporting, or KPI monitoring.
• Comfortable working with Excel and logistics systems (TMS, ERP, or similar).
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Able to coordinate with different stakeholders and solve operational issues.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• German is an advantage, but not required .
